TopX Privacy Policy

For the ParentGood Service

Date: January 28, 2020

TopX, Inc. (referred to in this policy as “TopX,” “we,” or “us”) has developed the ParentGoodTM online platform that connects parents with the businesses of parenting expert coaches. Using the ParentGood platform, businesses offering parenting experts (“Experts”) provide parents (“Parents”) with advice about parenting. (Users seeking parenting advice may also be grandparents or legal guardians, but for simplicity, all such users of the Service are referred to in this policy as “Parents.”) TopX is a U.S.-based business located in Santa Cruz, California. TopX does not specifically target any specific foreign regions or countries for offering goods or services. In addition, TopX does not monitor the behavior of specific individuals.
TopX is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Consequently, TopX wrote this privacy policy to describe and establish its privacy practices for the ParentGood service (the “Service”). These practices include the kinds of personal information TopX collects using its website (the “Site”), its mobile application (“App”), and TopX’s social media accounts, which include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat. This policy also talks about how TopX uses the personal information it collects and the security practices it uses to protect personal information. A copy of this policy appears on our Site. The App and listings for our App in app stores link to the policy. Our social media accounts also reference this policy.

3. Notice to California Residents About “Do Not Track Settings”
Under California law, online service providers must say in their privacy policies how they respond to “do not track” settings that users can set in their browser software. At this time, there is no standard governing what, if anything, a website operator should do when receiving a “do not track” signal. As a result, TopX does not currently take action in response to a “do not track” browser setting. TopX will amend this policy if an industry standard regarding such settings emerges in the future.
